I WANT TO ASSURE YOU ALL, THAT I CONTINUE MY UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE BETTER HEALTH-CARE FOR ALL… DR JULIAN MARTIN RUMBAK - INSURED BY MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY - butchered my mouth during botched surgery; he has a medical negligence history. Medical state-capture protects Dr Rumbak: the Department of Health has NO control over him, because he is in ‘private practice’. “In South Africa - a land where corruption is omnipresent - the national government sends out a message that corruption by cartels is acceptable" (Die Burger 14 February 2017). My cracking jaws, is a daily reminder to crack into professional lies… My research proves that private health has failed: Dr Aaron Motsoaledi’s National Health Insurance (N.H.I.) must be implemented NOW, to ensure equal medical care - without favour - for all South Africa’s people. “Medical aid schemes will price themselves out of existence, and invite government intervention… clients are sick of annual hikes… hospital insurance may not be what you think” (Sunday Times 29 January 2017). Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer - Rohan Barry Isaacs - used subversive tricks: inter alia intimidating my chief witness, threatening to serve me with orders compelling me to be examined by doctors whom he paid for required reports. These fabrication reports of “pre-existing conditions, in my imagination”, finger my sanity, in order to protect Dr Rumbak. Lawyers turn to psychiatry, when all other defenses fail. Colleague doctors & lawyers closed ranks to ‘absolve’ Dr Rumbak: this is syndicated criminality.
