RUMBAK is sheltered by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY… District Surgeon’s & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF AND INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE, confirming permanent mouth-damage: Dr Rumbak has damaged THREE other patients (post-operative infection, post-operative sinus problems & incorrect crown fittings); in ONE case, adv. Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and (wrongly) allowed adv. John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open by five ‘straight’ doctors (see below)]. These are pointers to public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure: a failed justice system… This same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa! The government has an obligatory duty to act NOW!  Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile & blatantly-biased, apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”…  Dr Rumbak’s defamatory character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. For the record, my Economics students achieved highest marks in national examinations on THREE occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist at a prominent Cape wine-farm for The King of Jordan’s visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below). HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room. “Dr. Motsoaledi has found the Health Professions Council of South Africa to be deeply dysfunctional” (The Times 7 October 2016). The toothless health professions council - whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” - MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence-history file. This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pain, which accompanies old age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s professional negligence. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after we face TRUTH”! Mae Navias finally stepped down on 28 February 2014.  Helen Zille - Democratic Alliance’s Cape premier - promised “to crack private-sector corruption, with zero tolerance”; her body-guard – Robert MacDonald - cross-examined me at the Civic Centre (as one would with a terrorist) when I presented my grievances relating to medico-legal corruption, fraud, and crime. The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations. Disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs? Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! • MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker, who has wormed her way back as a ‘consultant’ - together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a mental hospital; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned murder as the accused, Dr. Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY – based in London – stands accused of illegal operations, encouraging corruption:

Medical Protection Society gave lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs - representing Deneys Reitz attorneys - all the money it took, to free Dr. Julian Rumbak from shouting guilt, after a series of “operations-gone-wrong”: botched mouth surgery has stolen my lecturing career, leaving me unable to eat and speak normally…

Dr. Rumbak specialises in mouth surgery…

Having broken my mouth, he had the brazen and pretentious temerity to claims of being a ‘head-shrinker’: in his character-assassination report, riddled with lies, he states - with contempt - that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”!! After he removed my tooth roots, I experienced persistent bleeding, my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly painful cracking of the jaws.

APARTHEID HEALTH leaves the Department of Health with NO control over South African doctors in private practice - including Dr. Rumbak - making it easy for these doctors to bury their mistakes.

APARTHEID HEALTH means that the Health Professions Council is paid to protect negligent doctors. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence: in one instance - where a victim suffered an onset of post-operative sinus problems, and was represented by adv. Brian Spilg - Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and he agreed to foot costs.

Health professions council protected the doctors who covered up Steve Biko’s murder.

APARTHEID LAW SOCIETY allowed Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer, Rohan Isaacs, free reign to intimidate me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by doctors whom Isaacs paid to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”.

Isaacs illegally intimidated my chief witness, who then refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and terrorised me by disrupting my lecture with a threatening telephone call.

The law society – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.

Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!

Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by two Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!

The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).

APARTHEID JUSTICE means that in the High Court - CHAIT vs RUMBAK:

Judge Claasens was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE other victims, which is important and relevant Corroborative Evidence.

Judge Claasens would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.

Judge Claasens shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’.

Dr. David Shevel was paid by Dr. Rumbak’s lawyer - Rohan Isaacs - to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on three occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’, using false logic…

Dr. Gunther Winker read Dr. Shevel’s report, and prescribed anti-psychotic drugs: haloperidol and benzhexol, which cause stiffness, shaking, and sudden Death…

The perfect strategy to get me silent!

Old social worker, May Navias, fingered my sanity: she tried to intimidate me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After a person enters the portals of a mental institution, a black mark with a sour stigma sticks for life, so that person loses all further credibility!

My Judaism commands me to do everything in my power to reduce this sick evil.

I draw to the attention of the world, sins committed by the South African medical and legal fraternity, funded by the Medical Protection Society (doctors’ professional indemnity insurers, based in London), focusing on their combined subversive efforts to shut this stubborn victim away.

Sunday Times (3 October 2010) exposes a gamut of South African “contract killings”. How would my research into medico-legal malpractice slot in?

My Candle of Truth burns on, to vindicate my sanity, and to force those who have tortured me for 16 years, to acknowledge the damage and disgrace they have left in their wake…

I accept eating and speaking in discomfort - being left with cracking jaws and mouth-muscles in permanent spasm - caused by Dr. Rumbak’s butchered surgery. But this compels me to fight on, for Justice denied & Human Rights Abuse, until The Truth comes out!

This is my humble contribution, in opening a path for other victims of South African medical negligence, so they become that much wiser…

I will continue to do my very best, to make a difference.

If I ever surrender The Truth of my Calling as a Teacher, I would be giving ammunition for the devil to continue his work.
